Recipe(tried): Fudge Bars (oatmeal cookie bars with fudge filling)

I am posting this for everyone to enjoy.
FUDGE BARS
FOR THE COOKIE MIXTURE:
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1/2 cup grapeseed oil or Crisco vegetable shortening
1 Tbsp butter buds
1 Tbsp chocolate liqueur
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups quick cooking oatmeal, uncooked
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup ground walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
FOR THE FILLING:
1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp butter
1/8 cup chocolate liqueur
1 cup pecans
TO PREPARE THE COOKIE MIXTURE:
Cream together sugars, 1/2 cup butter, oil or shortening, butter buds, and 1 tbsp. chocolate liqueur. Stir in eggs. Add oats, flour, walnuts, baking soda, and salt; stir to combine.
Press half of cookie mixture in a greased 9x 13-inch pan. Set aside.
TO PREPARE THE FILLING:
Combine chocolate, sweetened condense milk, 4 tbsp. butter, and 1/8 cup chocolate liqueur. Heat in microwave until chocolate is melted, stirring frequently.
Stir pecans into the filling mixture; spread over cookie mixture in pan. Use a scoop to dot top with remaining cookie mixture.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 25 to 35 minutes, until light brown and cookie is firm. Cool completely before cutting into bars
