ISO: BBQ Beef Brisket

Misc.
I need to make dinner this Saturday (7/5/97) and I want to make a brisket. I have had one before where the guy that made it wrapped the brisket up in foil and then cooked it for several hours in the oven, then he took it out and put it on the barbecue for a while. It was very tender and had excellent flavor. I an not sure how long it was in the oven, several hours at least, and at what temperature it was at, I think it must have been at a fairly low temp., or what type of BBQ seasonings he used. The one I plan on cooking is just over 7 pounds. Please Help!! --Thanx Ryan
