ISO: Bean-Pot Beans

Misc.
I'm searching for a bean recipe. From what I understand you dig a hole, light coals and let them burn for a day. Add a cast iron pot of beans and allow them to cook for 16 hours. I need the recipe for these beans. Thank you so much!
