ISO: Big Bob Gibson's Coleslaw

I had this recipe and it the best I've ever tasted.I lost the recipe due to water damage and would love to have it again. Big Bob Gibson's restuarant is in Decatur, Alabama and they have won the Barbecue in Memphis championship for several years.
