ISO: blender chocolate frosting recipe with boiling water?

Years ago I had a recipe for a wonderful chocolate frosting which is made in a blender. (Mine was a Waring blender and I expect the recipe came with the blender.) As I remember, it had granulated sugar, baking chocolate and boiling water. It was wonderfully smooth and stayed soft for days - hah! who can keep anything chocolate for days? Help would be appreciated.
