ISO: Brain Blocked!! What can I do with chicken and fresh veggies for dinner?

Misc.
OK So I am overloaded with too many kids parties and all the valentine day responsibilities and I can't think of anything to fix for dinner! I have 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, and 1 whole chicken thawed I can use either or. I also have fresh carrots, onions, potatoes, celery, tomatoes, and baby carrots. I have garlic, italian dressing and tons of dried spices and seasonings. Can anyone help me? I need something pretty easy to fix. Thanks in advance!!!
