ISO: Bread recipes using cracked wheat/grains

Misc.

Recently bought a mix of 9 cracked grains (wheat, flax, etc.) and would like to use it in bread baking. Any ideas how to use it? Does it need to soak and if so, how long? I'd appreciate any help!
