Recipe: Marbled Cheesecake Deluxe with Chocolate Crumb Crust (using sweetened condensed milk)

Chocolate Crumb Crust (recipe follows)
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 packages (8-ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsifted flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust; set aside.
Stir together margarine and cocoa powder until smooth.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla then flour. Measure 1 1/2 cups batter into medium bowl. Beat in cocoa mixture.
Spoon half the vanilla batter into prepared pan then half the chocolate batter. Repeat, ending with chocolate batter. With metal spatula, cut through batters to marble.
Bake 50 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers)
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
Combine ingredients for the crust. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Makes one (9-inch) cheesecake
