Recipe: Pineapple Sauce For Ham (with raisins, Oster blender recipe, 1950's)
Toppings - Sauces and GraviesPINEAPPLE SAUCE FOR HAM
1/2 cup water
1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons raisins
Put the ingredients in the blender container in the order listed. Cover, and mix at Hi speed for about 5 seconds.
Pour into a sauce pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
