ISO: Bridesmaids Luncheon

Misc.
I am giving the bridesmaids luncheon for my sister on June 1. There will be approximately 35 people at the luncheon. The wedding will be formal and I want the luncheon to be nice also. We have decided to have chicken salad, fruit with apricot sauce & croissants for the entree'. There will also be champagne, mimosa, strawberry sparklers, etc. My question is: What can I have as an appetizer and dessert? My sister wants to keep it light. I thought of individual cheesecakes with strawberries, but I don't want to Strawberry everyone to death. Any ideas?
