ISO: Broccoli and Cheese casserole

hello all,

my husband wants me to cook christmas dinner, it's bad enough i can't cook. everytime i try to cook something he really wants, it turns to slop. please help me to redeem myself and help me out with this broccoli and cheese casserole (or anything else, beggers can't be choosy). i really need help, cause i really don't want him to give up on me just yet.
