Recipe(tried): EASY Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Side Dishes - Vegetables
The thought of this not being served during the holidays is unheard of w/ my family - very easy and yummy!

Broccoli Casserole

2 bx. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2# velveeta
1/2c. butter/marg

1/2 c. ritz crackers - smashed to crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter/marg

Melt velveeta and 1/2 c. butter/marg over low heat, stirring. Cook and drain broccoli according to pkg. directions. Place in greased casserole dish. Add cheese mixture.

In a separate saute pan, combine cracker crumbs w/ melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole when ready to bake. (I often prepare ahead of time and set aside for when I put in the oven) Bake at 350 for 30 min...delicious!
