ISO: Broth for Fondue (more)

I having family over for fondue during the holidays. I usually make an oil fondue, but this year I would lilke to try something different - broth instead. I plan on using beef, chicken, scallops, mushrooms and pepperoni for cooking. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
