ISO: brownie/cake with cream cheese and mini chips

the recipe is made in a 9x13 pan choc cake/brownie on bottom then poked holes where you pour a cream cheese mix then leave rest on top add mini choc chips and bake it is so good and i can't find my recipe. please help
