ISO: Brunswick Stew or Burgoo recipe

Misc.
Looking for Red Hot & Blues Brunswick Stew recipe.
Or a "Burgoo" recipe from a place outside of Cincinati called "Burbanks" off of I-75 (Exit 15 I think). Any help? Thanks in advance!
