ISO: Calginini (italian fried cookies)

Misc.
I am looking for the same recipe, I have made them often and for some reason have misplaced my recipe. My 92 year old mother lives with me and has been requesting that I make them for the holidays, unfortunately, she cannot remember the recipe, if you have any luck please let me know. Thank you, and good luck, if I do come upon my recipe I will let you know.
