ISO: canning pears

I'd like to know if you know if you can-can Ajou pears and if you can , I would like a recipe and step by step instructions on caning them..........I hope it's possible we have a tree thats loaded. IF NOT CAN YOU FREEZE OR DO ANYTHING WITH THEM ? please reply and let me know.........
