fIRST THANK YOU FOR THE PEAR Recipes Linda .I was hopeing to be able to use the pears.I also would liketoknow when to pick and use the pears they stay hard and never turn yellow. Also could you tell me how to make a light or medium syrup to can them with ?Again thank you ...........
