Recipe: Apricot Barbecue Sauce for Ribs (using apricot halves, blender)
Toppings - Sauces and GraviesAPRICOT BARBECUE SAUCE FOR RIBS
1 (8 ounces) can undrained apricot halves
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash of salt
Blend ingredients together in blender.
Brush ribs generously with sauce during final 30 minutes of cooking; serve with remaining sauce.
Makes enough for basting and serving ribs for 4
