ISO: canning recipe for sweet and spicy jalapenos

I am looking for a canning recipe for "sweet and spicy jalapenos". I have been trying to search on my own and have come up empty handed. My boss recieved these as a gift several years ago and she and I would like to try and make them ourselves. Thank you in advance for any help I may recieve thru this site.
