ISO: Canning recipes for tomatoes and peaches

Misc.
I need some different recipes. I went to the coolest place yesterday. It was a produce auction. Everything sold has to be grown within a certain radius so you know it is pretty fresh. Things went too cheap for me to control myself. The old bad part is you have to buy pretty good quantities. Anyway, I came home with about 150 pounds of tomatoes, and 75 pounds of peaches. I have made 9 quarts peaches, 4 quarts pie filling, and 7 half-pints of brandied peach jam(Wow!) Well, I may be a little overwhelmed, but I am trying to think of different recipes that I can do with my finds. Any help would be appreciated. I have to get busy when I get home this evening. Thanks in advance for all your help.
