ISO: Caramel Candy using Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk recipe

I would like to find a recipe that I have used in the past, but have misplaced. It is for a really creamy and soft Caramel candy with butter and brown sugar in it. It also contains Eagle brand sweetened milk. If any of you know this recipe I would love to hear from you.
