ISO: carmel bars using Eagle's Brand milk

Misc.
I made a recipe with carmel squares and Eagle's brand milk(no apples were in it)in the mid to late 1990's. I can no longer find the recipe and Eagle's brand says they never had it. Does anyone have this recipe - possibly coming off the back of a package of carmel squares.
