SWEET AND SOUR BARBECUED RIBS
6 lb pork back ribs, cut in small serving pieces
FOR THE SAUCE:
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Mix the ingredients for the sauce together in a saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare a charcoal grill, and cook ribs for 1 hour over medium hot coals, turning occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce. Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
