ISO: Carrabas Grilled or Broiled Shrimp and Scallops

I'm looking for a recipe for Carraba's Shrimp & Scallops. I think they are broiled, but may be grilled. I think they're made with Parmesan Cheese, but I'm not sure what else. They are the most delicious combination I've had. Thanks for any help!!
