PICK SALAD
1 can black olives
1 jar green olives
hot cherry peppers
3 assorted cheeses
3 carrots
3 stalks celery
3 green peppers
1 stick pepperoni
large cauliflower
large broccoli
cherry tomatoes
1 ring bologna
Save juices from olives and cherry peppers. Cube or slice ingredients into bite size pieces.
Marinade:
1/2 of reserved juices
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Marinate for 3 to 4 hours, toss hourly. Great to pick at!
