ISO: carrot drumsticks??

Misc.
I am looking for "carrot drumsticks" that my grandma used to make. It was basically a thickened form of carrots that she shaped into drumsticks and fried. I don't know if she used eggs or cheese, etc. for added flavor... anyone have a guess for the recipe?
