Recipe(tried): Earl's Thai Wing Sauce (quantity recipe)

I was given this recipe for Earl's Thai Sauce many years ago, and it is very close to the original. It makes a large quantity which you may want to scale down.

Makes one full gallon

1 1/2 litres fresh lime juice
1 1/2 litres ketjap manis
1 cup crushed garlic
1 cup sambel olek
