Hi Cass,
I am interested in the recipe for lemon curd. Also, if your can tell me how to make a good pie crust? I've never made a pie before. Thank you for the previous tips. I'll need all the help I can get, since I'm not very much of a cook, :D

PS: If you have never tried Marie Callender's Lemon Meringue Pie yet, you should. It's the best store bought lemon meringue pie that I have found so far. It's not too sweet or too tart. Have a good day!
