ISO: gelatin suggestion question

Good Afternoon. Good to hear from from you today. I do not know if it would help or not. You can use it in whipping heavy cream as you know to stabilize it but meringue, I never thought of it. Gladys have you ever tried this technique???? If so, did it work well for you???? Do tell now Gladys.
