Thank You: re: M.Callender's Lemon Meringue Pie

Thanks for all your help Cass and Gladys.
Maybe one day a M. Callender pie maker will post a knock off recipe of their Lemon Meringue pie.
I tried pudding, jello, gelatin and many variations of ingredients for the lemon filling with no luck. It appears no one but M.Callender's can make a quality lemon pie that will not run or weep, has a light texture and yet is firm. Thank you both again.
