ISO: cheesecake baked on a cookie sheet (with graham cracker crumb and walnut crust)

Misc.
When I was a young girl in the '70s, my grandmother had a cheesecake recipe given to her that I loved. But a few years later the recipe was lost. It was a form of cheesecake where graham cracker crumbs and ground walnuts were toasted on a large cookie sheet til slightly browned. Then a cheesecake mixture was spread on top once the crust cooled and baked. Then it was chilled and we usually served it with canned strawberries.
My grandmother made this every Christmas. She is almost 90 and has been trying to track down a recipe for me with no success. Please help!
