ISO: Cherry tomatoe preserves

My mother-in-law used to make a tomatoe preserve that included the peelings. I can't find a receipt for this and she is no longer with us. Can anyone tell me how to make this. I REALLY don't want to peel those tiny things. Thanks for any help. Maggie
