ISO: Chicken and Yello Rice/Sweet Noodle Pudding

Misc.

I am looking for recipes for a chicken and yellow rice casserole with
green olives. The one I've eaten had the chicken still one the bone.

Also, a sweet noodle pudding... served as a dessert. It was definitely a
dessert as it was sweet... not a side dish. It also was delicious.

I've looked through volumes of books in search of both of these. Any
help you can offer will be appreciated.

Thanks,
pat
