ISO: Chicken Annie's (or Chicken Mary's) German Potato Salad

I lived in Pittsburg as a little girl and ate at Chicken Annie's and Chicken Mary's ...I have tried recipes of German Potato Salad, but none were the same as what I ate from there. Living in Louisiana, no one has ever had this type of potato salad. I would love to have this recipe and bring back a fond memory.
