ISO: Chicken Creole from Great American Recipes

Misc.
This is a creole - chicken, tomatoes, onions, I believe maybe green peppers, cayenne pepper, 'cant remember what else, etc. and is served over rice or noodles. I lost my recipe and my cookbooks somehow when I moved; this chicken creole recipe is from the Great American Recipes collection. If you have this, I would be very grateful. Thank you!
