ISO: Chicken Gumbo & Chicken Jambalaya

Misc.
Hi Everyone:

My husband is really enjoying this site. He is happy that I'm spending my time looking and making new recipies rather than spending money on ebay. Anyway .. he requested that I try to make either chicken gumbo or chicken jambalaya. Does anyone have any tried and true that they would like to share?? Thanks......Karen
