ISO: Chicken Skewers with peanut Sauce

Misc.
Hi everyone

I had chicken skewers with a wonderful peanut sauce at a restaurant a couple weeks ago. I'm still thinking about it, it was so good. I would appreciate any recipes, especially for a good peanut sauce.

Thanks,

Dianne
