HOLLY'S LIGHT-AS-A-FEATHER BANANA PUDDING

1 pint heavy (whipping) cream
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
5 small bananas, sliced
1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers
First prepare whipping cream by mixing in electric mixer for about 5 minutes on high speed.
Next, in a separate large bowl, thoroughly mix milk and water; whisk in pudding mix. Fold in prepared whipping cream.
Then layer the pudding, bananas, and wafers in large casserole dish.
Makes 8-10 servings
