ISO: chocolate chip cookies (from Betty Crocker Recipe Cards)

I have recently lost my recipe card E-22 that was part of the Betty Crocker recipe card library. This is the only version I have found where the cookie is more cake-like and does not flatten out. If anyone has a copy of this recipe, I would really appreciate getting it. Thanks.
