ISO: Chocolate Cookie Dough Dip

Misc.
I was hoping that someone could help me. A few years ago someone in one of my high school classes brought this dip called Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip to a party we had. I loved it. I can't remember how she said she made it except of course chocolate chips and I'm pretty sure cream cheese. If anyone knows of this recipe I would really appreciate it if they could let me know. Thanks! :)
