ISO: Choke cherry jam

Misc.
Need tried Choke Cherry Jam (not jelly) recipe. Prefer one which does not use Surejell, but apple juice instead. If you only know how to make it with Surejell, that's fine. We picked a tub of them while in the mountains over the weekend, and I can't wait to eat homemade jam!
