ISO: Chunky Beef burritos like they make at Mexican Village, Bagley st, Detroit, MI

Misc.

I have tried to find a recipe that's even close to Mexican Village's, chunky (not ground) beef burritos. Nothing has even come close, I think the secret is in the gravy.
Not only do they use it in the burrito's it's in all their dishes that include chunky beef.
