PICKLED JALAPENO PEPPER SLICES
1 lb. jalapeno peppers
3 tbsp. salt (canning and pickling salt is best)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
Slice peppers, place in pickling solution. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
