ISO: Coco's Bakery Strawberry Shortcake Biscuit

Coco's has a delicious strawberry shortcake biscuit that they make during the summer months. It is like a normal shortcake biscuit, but the strawberries are mixed in and it seems to have a glaze on top. I have tried to make a normal shortcake biscuit and just add strawberries into the mix, but it doesn't not look or taste the same. I would love to have the recipe to make their strawberry shortcake biscuits, or something similar. Thank you!
