ISO: cookies using thin mints

My mother made a cookie with a thin mint in the center of a vanilla based cookie dough. She passed when I was 17 and the recipe did not come to me. No one else seems to have it. I was wondering if anyone out their has ever made this cookie. Alot of her recipes came from the magazines. I would appreciate it if anyone has any ideas. Thanks for the mirro recipes. This is great.
