ISO: Cool Whip Icing from Krogers - not crisco based

I am searching for the Cool Whip Icing recipe that Krogers uses in their bakery. This icing does not have crisco or any lard/fat in it. Its base is Cool Whip. If anyone has it or anything extremely close, please post.
