ISO: Corky's Restaurant Fudge Pie, Banana Pudding and Peach Cobbler

Corky's Restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee has the best Fudge Pie; it is a real dense and deep dish pie; Banana Pudding; real thick and creamy and Peach Cobbler; loaded with peaches; crust and pecans.

If any one has any of the 3 recipes I would love to be able to make them for my husband. Corky's is his favorite restaurant to eat in.
