ISO: Countertop Ice Cream Freezer Recipes

Misc.
I received a GE countertop Ice Cream freezer for Christmas. The recipe book is rather limited and I would like to have some different recipes. Do you have any truly tested ones? Please share.

Also, this is the type of freezer that you put the "tub" into the freezer before making. The only 2 batches I have tried do not seem to get hard at all - very mushy and loose. Any tips??
