ISO: Crab cakes

Hi Ron - Unfortunately, it's difficult to give you the "ultimate" crabcake recipe without knowing the type of crabmeat you are using! Are you talking Chesapeake or Gulf blue crab meat? Or do you have west coast style crabmeat?

The texture/moisture content is different for the different types of crabmeat, and that means the recipes usually differ a bit!
